Marc was available at 6pm after a long day of work and traffic. Immediately he was able to identify all the problem spots I was interested in and even found some PDR the previous owner had attempted to do.

The master craftsman he is, he was able to spot, analyze, and figure out what needed to be done to completely redo the poor work from the previous owner and get some more of the problem spots. He even offered to properly seal the cavities left by previous guy.

Originally I contacted a different paintless dent repair professional, who had done a great job on my other cars, but said these dents were too tough for him. Marc had no problem undertaking these repairs. He stopped by my office a couple of days after my initial contact and gave a quote, then repaired the car over the weekend. It looks like new and the cost was a fraction of what traditional body work would have cost. Marc also shared some of the techniques behind his work, which to me is frankly magic.

Ive been working with Marc for nearly 10 years now. One of the most talented and entertaining guys Ive ever met!! In the course of my OCD when it came to cars, I’ve practically tried out numerous PDR guys all around the bay area to experiment.
And let me tell you, no PDR guy can come close to Marc. Marc has it down to the science – dude should be teaching PDR classes. It’s been months since I got my first PDR repair from Marc and I’m still sitting here thinking about the experience.

First I had two odd wavy dents that no one – and I mean no PDR tech seemed to be able to knock out for some reason. They were very shallow and many techs turned it away saying to just leave it since it was only visible at a sharp angle. Some attempted to fix it but failed.

Marc came in and knocked it out easy-peasy without a second thought. While working on it he explained the properties of dents and showcase his knowledge and science and it was extremely impressive. Fairly priced as well. Thanks Marc.

Marc did an absolutely fantastic job repairing the dent that my bicycle put into the back of my wife’s X5. I sent him a txt with pictures of the damage and we set up an appointment for the same day to get an estimate and quote. He was prompt in arriving and after we agreed to the price he started right away. He finished within the time frame he quoted and did an amazing job. He also fixed a door ding in about 5 minutes. Mark came out to the scene within 1.5 hours of calling and did a stand up job on my car ! The dent is gone and he covered up the scratch with some paint. he also buffed out scuff marks.

Paintless Dent removal is an art! It takes a lot of patience, skills with superior attention to detail – and Marc (the owner of Superior Paintless Dent Removal) checks all of that on the list. I consider myself a pretty meticulous guy, and by the time Marc was done with his job on my classic 1970 Mustang Mach 1, I have to say that there was no evidence of where the dents used to be.

Classic cars are special because the properties of the metals that were used back in the day are a lot different than newer cars; they’re harder and have vintage paints that can potentially crack. I put my 100% trust in Marc’s ability to care for my car and I’m so happy I did. I can only imagine how perfect he could do newer cars. Marc has an in depth understanding on the properties of the metals and paints, and the physics of impacts on a scientific and molecular level. I was so intrigued as he explained all of these things to me while performing his job. It was literally like watching a painter paint his masterpiece. You can tell that he loves his job.

The reviews here were so good as to make me suspect this could not be a real person. But Marc is a real person, though more like a magician. He took a crease out of my classic car with single stage paint and you absolutely cannot see it anymore.

He gave me a quote, took the exact amount of time he said, and he explained everything as he went, helping me understand how he shrank the metal back in place. He used leather, wood, even a steel hammer right on the paint without damaging it.

This is old fashioned craftsmanship and skill that comes with years of experience.

This review is overdue…got super busy and it slipped my mind. Couple months ago I had accumulated 5 or 6 very small “parking lot” type of dents. People dinging me with their doors, a dent from one of those gas station concrete pylons, etc. Fyi don’t try to repair small dents with suction cup devices, you’ll just be wasting your money.

I backed into a steel bollard and dented my rear bumper made of some sort of plastic. Called Superior and they came to my house within an hour, fixed the bumper and it is perfect. Fast, reliable and very good quality.

The dent is completely gone! Marc meticulously sculpted the dent right out of my fender while I watched, agog, in about two hours in my driveway. If you have a minor dent, and you don’t want to involve your insurance company, DO NOT take it to a body shop, they will quote you at least five times the price Marc charges for his hand-sculpted work, and they’ll have your car for two weeks. He’s a master craftsman and even though I Ain’t Superstitious, he has earned my business for this kind of work forever.

I noted a few negative reviews unhappy about communication. My advice is have appropriate expectations, Marc is a busy one person shop and there is no office returning calls or answering the phone immediately. Having said that, Marc always replied to my texts with a half day and was extremely punctual. His service was fast and effective.

After reading several reviews of this fantastic person by the name of “Marc” his superior name does not do any justice. It should be magnificently infinite beyond expectations!

In less than 24 hours of receiving a minor dent and after several PDR calls, this terrific gentleman answered my call in a timely manner and fashion that met all of my needs during a busy midweek schedule. His courteous manner, prompt questions/responses led me to a comfortable level that I was dealing with someone who was honest and hardworking and made me feel that I was getting the attention that I needed to answer all my questions.

We called Marc to perform paint-less dent removal on two of our cars. Our Nissan Altima had a tennis ball sized dent above the rear wheel and our Tesla Model S had a softball size dent above the rear wheel. First off, Marc was available to set up a quote appointment within 24 hours of my initial call which was great considering one of the other companies I had called before Marc said they couldn’t see me for 5 weeks out. Also, Marc’s quote was very fair, about $75 less then I had received from another company which I felt was over priced. Marc was very easy to work with, he had an extensive dent removal tool kit in his car, was very knowledgeable about metals and paints, and he took the extra time needed to make sure the job was done right. I wish i had the before picture but it had damage on both the metal and plastic. While pulling into my garage at a bad angle, the corner clipped the outside concrete and looked like it was dented and scratched all along the corner.

I was on a tour of a farm in Pt Reyes, and as I was backing up, I hit the bumper of an old pick-up truck. No damage to the truck, but I had a huge dent in the plastic part of my Camry’s bumper. Marc is absolutely phenomenal! I wish I could give 10 stars. He’s responsive at setting up a quote and doing the work. And the work he does is nothing short of miraculous. My car was hit VERY hard by another car door. It was on a hill and the dent was created by the edge of the door. So not only was it a hard hit but it was created by a thin edge that caused a very difficult pinch. Marc was able to remove the dent AND the pinch. Last year I bought a new Nissan Murano , and on summer it got dented on the right rear fender . The dent is about 1″ long vertical and 1/8″ deep . It just looked ugly , I hate dents !! Marc is great, he came to me at work which is extremely convenient… Got my dent smoothed out in just over an hour, and it was a pretty nasty corner bumper ding. I was confident I’d need a while new bumper. I got several quotes and he was literally a hundred (or more!) under the rest. Dummy here installed modular lumber racks on my F350 and totally forgot about how tall they were when I drove into an underground parking garage. By the time I realized what I did, it was too late. Marc came to my home on time. He then inspected my car with me and we checked out all the dings. There were around 12 or so. Plus the windshield had a 1/4″ crack. Marc was able to fix these all in about 1 hour.

His work exceeded my expectations. He also was friendly to my family and to our dogs. I would highly recommend him.

Marc came by my shop to take care of my colleagues car. While he was working on his car i decided to see if he can take a look at my windshield and see if he can fix it or if it needs to be replaced. He told me it has to be replaced, but he still applied some lubricant to the windshield and it looks worlds better.. its my own fault i didnt call him when i first got the chip in my windshield, because i wouldve save over 200 bucks. He looks at damage and comes up w a game plan. Evaluates the damage, and when done, pulls out some of the most sophisticated equipment that you will never see even on YouTube. I’ve been dealing with Marc for about 6 years. The first time I met him was in a GS350 Lexus that had 4 dings on the body line 2 other PDR guys said that they could not fix dents on the lines of the vehicle. Marc said it wasn’t a problem and sure enough it wasn’t dings were completely gone as if they were never there. So since then I’ve been going to him ever since. Don’t waste time with other PDR guys he’s the best there is. Prices are reasonable as well.

I have leased BMW to be returned. Dealer would charge me a fortune if Marc didn’t come to rescue me. He came to my office parking lot over lunch time. Initially, he estimated half an hour’s work. Marc did an absolutely stellar job fixing a rather large dent in the front passenger fender of our 2003 Avalanche. I had originally arranged the meeting but had to head out early for work, both of my parents spoke highly of his work and his attention to detail on the area he was working on.

After reading several reviews of this fantastic person by the name of “Marc” his superior name does not do any justice. It should be magnificently infinite beyond expectations!

In less than 24 hours of receiving a minor dent and after several PDR calls, this terrific gentleman answered my call in a timely manner and fashion that met all of my needs during a busy midweek schedule. His courteous manner, prompt questions/responses led me to a comfortable level that I was dealing with someone who was honest and hardworking and made me feel that I was getting the attention that I needed to answer all my questions.

Marc showed up anywhere you’d like within reasonable range of his mobile service to provide an in person visual estimate before pulling the trigger or just say ‘I’ll think about it”.

recently got a roof rack put on my new vehicle and the installers were less than careful. They scuffed my car and put a silver dollar size dent in it during the process. Hi everyone this guy is #1. I recomend. I call like 6 different company no one want to get my customers car fixed, the damage was on the roof by the roof glass, they all told me that I would have to get it fixed in shop and possible get it repainted I called SPDR he was able get the job done with out any problems, see attached pictures of the damage I wish I can attach pictures after the work was completed all I got is video and I can’t attach video to the review.

Mark has worked on three cars for me. He is responsive, communicates well, the dings are gone without a trace and the price was fair. Based on my experience, I would highly reccomend him.

Marc did an excellent job on removing a dent on my Maserati. Friendly and prompt service. I enjoyed having him talk me through the process as he removed the dent. I highly recommend him!

Would give Marc 10 stars. I had 4 dents in my truck from people opening their car door into it. I went for a quote and after having a quick look he said he could fix it on the spot within the hour. I was surprised as other paintless dent removal companies had quoted 3x the price and had said they would need the vehicle overnight. Marc fixed the dents so fast! An hour later my doors were back to OEM. I couldn’t tell the dents were ever there. And this is when truly looking at all angles in direct sunlight. Smooth!

Marc from Got Dents has worked on my car twice now. Once for some dents that occurred from a tree falling on my car years ago and most recently for another weird fat dent on the drivers side of my car. Marc showed up with a smile and a positive attitude. He finished the work in a couple of hours and “poof” the dent completely disappeared. No trace of a dent left behind. Recently, I left a note on a persons car in my neighborhood to refer Marc to fix his dent. You won’t be sorry, seriously!

I wish i had the before picture but it had damage on both the metal and plastic. While pulling into my garage at a bad angle, the corner clipped the outside concrete and looked like it was dented and scratched all along the corner.

Coincidentally, I saw him in my work parking lot working on another vehicle and stopped. He gave me a quick verbal quote and said he can come to fix it the next morning!

After the work was done, I couldn’t see where the dent was anymore. Very happy with the work quality. Will give him a call in the future if I have more dents to be removed.

Marc helped me 2 years ago with my BMW and did an amazing job. He was available today and and actually found 2 dents in my Subaru and fixed them beautifully in less than 30 minutes. He’s great and super helpful and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
