Marc was available at 6pm after a long day of work and traffic. Immediately he was able to identify all the problem spots I was interested in and even found some PDR the previous owner had attempted to do.

The master craftsman he is, he was able to spot, analyze, and figure out what needed to be done to completely redo the poor work from the previous owner and get some more of the problem spots. He even offered to properly seal the cavities left by previous guy.

Marc did a simply amazing job repairing my Tesla, which had damage on both rear wheel wells. Originally I contacted a different paintless dent repair professional, who had done a great job on my other cars, but said these dents were too tough for him. My car had a dent on the curve of my back wheel well of my Porche Cayman. Marc had the challenge of not only pulling out the metal but maintaining the curve. once he was finished it was completely back to normal. He is an artist. And he did the work right at our house! In the course of my OCD when it came to cars, I've practically tried out numerous PDR guys all around the bay area to experiment. And let me tell you, no PDR guy can come close to Marc. First I had two odd wavy dents that no one - and I mean no PDR tech seemed to be able to knock out for some reason. They were very shallow and many techs turned it away saying to just leave it since it was only visible at a sharp angle. Some attempted to fix it but failed.

What can I say about Marc. He renewed the look of my car and increased the value in a days work. I have a 96 Impala SS that was riddled with small dents being that it's a 26 years old and he was able to get them all out. The car came out great and constantly gets complements about how glassy and nice the 26 year old paint is. I was considering getting it painted but I'm so glad I went with this option. Paintless Dent removal is an art! It takes a lot of patience, skills with superior attention to detail - and Marc (the owner of Superior Paintless Dent Removal) checks all of that on the list. I consider myself a pretty meticulous guy, and by the time Marc was done with his job on my classic 1970 Mustang Mach 1, I have to say that there was no evidence of where the dents used to be.

Classic cars are special because the properties of the metals that were used back in the day are a lot different than newer cars; they're harder and have vintage paints that can potentially crack. I put my 100% trust in Marc's ability to care for my car and I'm so happy I did. I can only imagine how perfect he could do newer cars. Marc is a magician when it comes to dent removal. He flawlessly removed two dents on my car in a short period of time and for a very fair price. In one case he came to my home to fix a dent and in another I drove to his 'lab' to have another fixed. This review is overdue...got super busy and it slipped my mind. Couple months ago I had accumulated 5 or 6 very small "parking lot" type of dents. People dinging me with their doors, a dent from one of those gas station concrete pylons, etc. Fyi don't try to repair small dents with suction cup devices, you'll just be wasting your money.

Excellent work. Called at 8am was her by 9am. Fixed 2 major dents and 5 dings on my newer 2016 Cadillac. Looks perfect can't even tell there were there. Went to other dentless removal people. I'm just gonna say wow! I wish I new how to put a pic of the mangled dented and even scratched rear hatch I messed up on my always garaged clean sienna I've been so proud of getting my family around in. I'm hurting financially as with so many in the current covid situation and had been actually praying to find a way to get it fixed from my mess up that I could afford. I have been using "paintless dent removal" for the past 25 years in the Bay Area. I am a no expense spared client and follow the mantra you get what you pay for. I had the pleasure of meeting Marc at the shop that was servicing my car. I was pleased to find that Marc was highly skilled at the art of paintless dent removal and rates in the top five of the operators that I have used. He is attentive organized and has more tools then the average technician. Marc uses some of the most state of the art equipment and understands the metallurgy of the metal / aluminum used in todays car bodies. I personally think his rates are too low this guy deserves top dollar!

We called Marc to perform paint-less dent removal on two of our cars. Our Nissan Altima had a tennis ball sized dent above the rear wheel and our Tesla Model S had a softball size dent above the rear wheel. First off, Marc was available to set up a quote appointment within 24 hours of my initial call which was great considering one of the other companies I had called before Marc said they couldn't see me for 5 weeks out. Also, Marc's quote was very fair, about $75 less then I had received from another company which I felt was over priced. Marc was very easy to work with, he had an extensive dent removal tool kit in his car, was very knowledgeable about metals and paints, and he took the extra time needed to make sure the job was done right. Both of the repairs came out great. I will definitely use "Got dents" next time we need a dent repaired and will refer to friends.

Marc was punctual in showing up to my house, examined the door dings & dents on my cars, and came up with a reasonable total to repair both vehicles. Then he said something amazing, "Would you like to watch me work?" As a person of little skills, I enjoy watching handyman, cable guy, curtain installers, and any experts work their magic. Marc talked me through the process, what he will do next, and showed me the various tension points around the dents. I felt like I learned a valuable lesson in metal elasticity and tension absorption with a personal coach.

Marc was fantastic in his work, and he also provided some suggestions on how to buff out small paint blemishes he discovered on the vehicles. I was on a tour of a farm in Pt Reyes, and as I was backing up, I hit the bumper of an old pick-up truck. No damage to the truck, but I had a huge dent in the plastic part of my Camry's bumper. When my other car got a door dent , I brought it to a body shop to have it fixed . It costed me $480 Last year I bought a new Nissan Murano , and on summer it got dented on the right rear fender . The dent is about 1" long vertical and 1/8" deep . It just looked ugly , I hate dents !! So, I just had to have the dent go away , I just wanted it gone . Besides I'm just not happy making monthly payments on the car knowing that there is a dent . It's just the way I am when it comes to dents on cars which probably most of you will never understand.

Did a really good job of repairing on the dent, after repairing you could barely notice the dent. The cost was also really afforable compare to going to an auto body shop, and was really patient with the job.

Marc came to my home on time. He then inspected my car with me and we checked out all the dings. There were around 12 or so. Plus the windshield had a 1/4" crack. Marc came by my shop to take care of my colleagues car. While he was working on his car i decided to see if he can take a look at my windshield and see if he can fix it or if it needs to be replaced. He told me it has to be replaced, but he still applied some lubricant to the windshield and it looks worlds better.. its my own fault i didnt call him when i first got the chip in my windshield, because i wouldve save over 200 bucks. I've been dealing with Marc for about 6 years. The first time I met him was in a GS350 Lexus that had 4 dings on the body line 2 other PDR guys said that they could not fix dents on the lines of the vehicle. Marc said it wasn't a problem and sure enough it wasn't dings were completely gone as if they were never there. So since then I've been going to him ever since. Don't waste time with other PDR guys he's the best there is. Prices are reasonable as well.

The work is perfect! As a material scientist and electrical engineer, working at nano-meter scale. I couldn't even tell there was a dent before. When it was done, two colleagues walked by and I asked them if they could see where the dent was. They couldn't tell at all. 😉

Marc did an absolutely stellar job fixing a rather large dent in the front passenger fender of our 2003 Avalanche. I had originally arranged the meeting but had to head out early for work, both of my parents spoke highly of his work and his attention to detail on the area he was working on.

I got referred to Marc to fix a parking lot bump. He pulled out the dent and it looks like new, plus worked out an old dent on my other car. From watching the process, it was quite a craft. He accurately estimated the job from photos texted to him and came to the site in a mobile unit. I wasn't sure what to expect from paintless dent removal, but now I'm a fan!
